BridgeWater Guesthouse has closed after the summer of 2011, after a very successful run, much laughter and fun times we would like to thank all our guests over the years and tell you how much we appreciated your company, we had the luck of encountering great guests who became friends and we had the honor of having them spend some time with us.
A new chapter is entering our lives and we are looking forward to what this will bring.

BridgeWater Guesthouse is a beautifully decorated historic home located in Livingston Manor, New York. This home was once the staff accommodations for the Tempel Inn and is now filled with country furniture, art, antiques and collectibles. Our guesthouse affords a commercial kitchen which can be used for cooking classes and demonstrations, soirees and cocktail parties can be held on the lawn or in the music room. BridgeWater Guesthouse is a perfect place for couples weekends and executive retreats. A special continental breakfast is included in your stay.
We are conveniently located near golf courses and unique villages that have great restaurants and shops.
Bethel Woods Performing Arts Center is only 20 minutes away.
